I went to Greenbelt Oral a few weeks ago to get a pre molar tooth removed and all I can say is "Wow". Kimberly called my name while I was in the waiting room when it was time for me to undergo surgery. She asked me what kind of music do you like and played some very relaxing music the entire time which made the process so smooth. Dr. Elyassi was very professional and he removed my tooth in minutes. It was definitely the best dental experience I've ever had and that's why I'll be back. Thanks Kimberly for taking the edge off before my surgery 😀

My experience was awful, I went to this location to get my wisdom teeth extracted and I had no previous experience about Dental payments ect... The receptionist was very kind however, she said my x-ray was not visible thefore they would need to do another one and I would need to pay $92. After saying I wouldn't she said I could try calling the dentist who did my xray to send it to them. After I was helped by a Doctor who looked like he was having an awful day and advised that I should be sedated. After I went to the billing guy he was extremely nice and insisted that I got sedated. When we were about to start the surgery this girl came saying that I needed soemone to be with me when the 1st doc. Already said I didn't have to. Then they asked if I had eating, of course I hadd and she said well we cant do the surgery today then. WTH I was extremely upset and asked why they didnt informed me about that when making the appt. And she said that I could do the procedure without being sedated. They are just qbout the money. Dont care about the patients at all and the Doctor's assistamt gave me a real rude look. Really, the audicity.
