It is with GREAT PLEASURE that I leave this posting. My wife & I were there today. The staff, Dr. Elyassi, Jay, Nahid, Debbie & Kim were Professional, Knowledgeable, Patient, Caring & Fun. They took very good care of us in every way, even providing me with lunch as I waited. The experience was truly great. Because of the complexity of our visit, I can truly say all concerns were discussed in great length before the oral procedures began. I cannot say enough about our experience. AWESOME! The doctors and staff are exceptionally personable and efficient. Everyone works so well together. I highly recommend this business. Salutations and thanks to Dr. Elyassi and Dr. Tebyanian for their service. The procedure was very quick and painless. Mavel and Jay made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. Beautiful artwork and pretty good music too.

Until Dr. Elyassi retires from oral surgery, I will come here for any oral surgery needs. He’s the best!! I’ve had an implant here, and he also removed my teenage son’s wisdom teeth. Dr. Elyassi called to check on my son after the procedure. He demonstrates compassion and care for his patients. Jay, a member of the front office staff, and Kim, a dental assistant, are also wonderful! Jay and Kim are friendly and personable. I HIGHLY recommend Greenbelt Oral and Facial Surgery and Dr. Elyassi!

I was actually really excited about coming here for a consultation before getting my wisdom teeth extracted but when I came in on Monday Jan 21st I was greeted and helped by a sweet young lady at the front desk and waited for a little over an hour to be seen. The consultation and X-ray was very quick and nonchalant about 5-6 min nothing really personable. Not even a paper with information to take with you. As this will be my first surgical procedure, I didn’t have time to ask the questions I wanted or get information about anesthesia. When leaving, the man in charge of billing/ setting up appointments said my insurance company was closed for the MLK holiday , so he would give me a call the next day about the cost and setting up an appointment. However , I never received a call back and called three times after my consultation to be placed on a “brief “ hold which turned into 13 min. It’s been a month now so I might just have to come in to make an appointment instead of calling because from other reviews it seems like a pretty good office , but wait times and customer ( patient ) service could be improved

The office is well kept and the staff is very nice but the wait is absolutely ridiculous. I was there for a consultation and sat in the waiting room for over an hour before even being seems. They definitely need to look into refining their entry process to lower the wait time. Very displeased with that.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Elyassi and his staff are. 100 gold star for Dr. Elyassi and his team. I had 4 wisdom teeth taken out 4 weeks ago by Dr. Elyassi and his team. The healing process and recovery was VERY VERY smooth. Extremely happy with the level of service received for my consultation and procedure. The entire staff, from front desk to doctor’s assistants were courteous and did a wonderful job explaining everything and made an uncomfortable procedure as pleasant as possible.
