Paula was very nice and very helpful. She gave me great advice for the issues i was have after getting my wisdom teeth removed and she made me feel very comfortable.

Dr.Ali R. Elyassi was not friendly. He came off very sarcastic and impolite. For the most part the staff at the front desk were friendly but came off not interested. I was disappointed in the lack of proactive preparation for my appointment - I ended up not being able to attend my consultation and wasted time out of my day.

There isn’t enough adjectives in the dictionary to describe the excellent treatment I received when preparing for and undergoing my implants and jaw reconstruction... I was nervous and scared from the beginning...Consulate professionals Dr. E is by far the best...Thank you for your patience and the excellent work you did... Jay...You were always there to answer my questions and making me laugh when I needed a laugh... Kim...You are the rock...A true professional and I appreciate you being there and explaining everything to me... Orlando...You were right there by my side helping to calm me down and giving me advice on what I needed to do after my procedure... If anyone is looking to get any oral work, the staff at Greenbelt Oral and Facial Surgery should be your first and only stop... I first visited this office on October 14th 2019 and had my wisdom tooth extracted. The office was nice and a front desk staff sweet and very pleasant. Waiting time was for over an hour. They were little too pushy about getting full anesthesia, which I refused. The surgery was painless and very quick. I had to pay for it out of pocket because of misunderstanding between my employer and the insurance company, however this was fixed couple days after and my insurance was activated. I went back on Oct 29th for a follow up and explained the situation and asked them if they can resubmit the claim to my insurance company and after they verified that it really was active, they assured me they'll do so. I called the office on Dec 10th to check the status of my claim and I found out nobody ever submitted it. So I was assured, they'll do it and they will call me back in about 2-3 weeks. No one ever called me, so I call them on Jan 6th and again on Jan 14th. Both times I was told they didn't check the mail for the insurance check, because they were busy, but they'll call me back. I feel like since they got paid at the first visit, they don't care about me anymore.

Dr. Elyassi and Kim provided reassurance and comfort during my procedure. The office staff is also very friendly.

i got my wisdom teeth out here 2 weeks ago and it was a great experience Dr E was very comforting and the assistant kim was very helpful as well! I recommend anyone who needs oral surgery to come to this place they are awesome !!!
