I had a great experience at Greenbelt Oral and Facial Surgery. The team was supportive, attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Megan, made sure I was calm and comfortable, even providing a blanket. She was personable and informative. Lauren checked in to see how I was doing to ensure that I was at ease. Jay explained the process and the payment schedule with clarity and was open to questions. Last but not least was Aeyesha and Stacy who also made my surgery experience pleasant. Dr. T was patient, reassuring and explained each step of the surgery. The entire staff was professional and personable. Because of their attention to details and patient care, I felt relaxed and I almost forgot I was having surgery. The atmosphere was tranquil and it was evident that their focus was on the patient and not the bottom line. From beginning to end it was obvious that their focus was to take care of their patients. I have carried a morbid fear of all things related to oral surgery from a very young age; however, the wonderful service of staff members nearly made me forget all of this when I came in recently for the extraction of all four of my wisdom teeth. I was most impressed by the fact that I accidentally came in a week before my scheduled follow-up appointment and was provided with assistance finding the office again as well as an immediate appointment where I received the best care. There are many outstanding staff members there, Megan, Lauren, and Jocelyn worked with me directly and left me more than satisfied with an experience that was not as traumatic as I thought it would be!

Lauren is such a good person to be around, the scary scene that a dentist can give is just blown away by the way she makes it more comfortable.

I needed a tooth extraction, and I was extremely nervous about it. A couple of years ago, I had a wisdom tooth removed, which was a nightmare. However, Dr. T did a phenomenal job extracting my tooth (I felt no pain), and Jocelyn did an equally exceptional job keeping me at ease and explaining everything. They have a refreshing sense of humor, and they really do take the time to care for each patient. These folks are the best!
