I have carried a morbid fear of all things related to oral surgery from a very young age; however, the wonderful service of staff members nearly made me forget all of this when I came in recently for the extraction of all four of my wisdom teeth. I was most impressed by the fact that I accidentally came in a week before my scheduled follow-up appointment and was provided with assistance finding the office again as well as an immediate appointment where I received the best care. There are many outstanding staff members there, Megan, Lauren, and Jocelyn worked with me directly and left me more than satisfied with an experience that was not as traumatic as I thought it would be!

Lauren is such a good person to be around, the scary scene that a dentist can give is just blown away by the way she makes it more comfortable.

I needed a tooth extraction, and I was extremely nervous about it. A couple of years ago, I had a wisdom tooth removed, which was a nightmare. However, Dr. T did a phenomenal job extracting my tooth (I felt no pain), and Jocelyn did an equally exceptional job keeping me at ease and explaining everything. They have a refreshing sense of humor, and they really do take the time to care for each patient. These folks are the best!

From the time I met Dr. Elysssi and his staff they have been nothing but caring and kind to me. It’s one thing to be professional in a business, which they are, but it’s something else to have a kind and compassionate character. That’s something that cannot be taught and zi genuinely appreciate the character of Dr Elyassi and his staff! I was dealing with a very difficult implant situation and Dr. Elyassi and his staff went above and beyond to help me. For that I cannot day thank you enough. I was referred to Greenbelt Oral & Facial Surgey by my dentist to have all four of my wisdom teeth extracted. Admittedly I was terrified at the idea of having all four taken out and having to deal with the pain afterward. Granted a lot of the fear came from listening to stories from my peers. I must say that the staff at Greenbelt Oral & Facial Surgey put that fear to rest. The overall experience was pleasant believe it or not. The whole procedure took less than 20 minutes and I was completely comfortable while awake (thank you laughing gas and local anesthesia!). The office runs like a well oiled machine; overall streamlined. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Since this review I have visited the office four times (consultation through follow up post surgery) and waited only a few minutes to be seen. Before my initial visit I contacted them about completing my paperwork in advance and they referred me to their site. This made the process even faster when I arrived for my consultation because I was able to come in with completed paperwork. Jay handles the plan cost and walked me through the cost step by step and explained it without skipping a beat. Dr. Ali Elyassi was very efficient and made the whole process seem easy. Deanna made sure that on extraction day I was comfortable and relaxed and even put on my favorite artist to listen to (Juan Luis Guerra). Then there was Lauren; she helped me on my two follow up visits. Her and Deanna were very pleasant and professional. When my friends asked how the procedure went, I’ve answered it by simply saying it was pleasant. Thank you all for the fantastic job and keep up the good work!
